Who it is for

Who it is not for

Not for compelled disclosure, monitoring another person, therapy, mediation, legal agreements, account aggregation, financial recommendations, or an unsafe situation. Stop using the shared workflow if participation is pressured or a shared record could make anyone less safe.

Requirements and limitations

The app runs in a current desktop web browser and makes no network requests. The editable workbook is designed for current Microsoft 365 Excel desktop on Windows or macOS; Excel for the web, Google Sheets, and Apple Numbers are unsupported. PDFs need a PDF app that supports fillable forms to enter and save values. For educational and planning purposes only; not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
